How long does it take to arrive once shipped ? 

   All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling and processing orders. Shipping times are from anywhere between 1-2 business days and 5-8 business days depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout; however, depending on your location, you may receive your items much earlier. Please understand that postal delays are out of our control. Please allow extra time during our busy season as additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays.Tracking information, including carriers are provided with each order. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

  Tracking numbers will be sent within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or custom inspections.

Are there any hidden custom fees or import taxes?

All prices on our website are displayed in USD with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
